We are the only Rehau approved manufacturer in the local area and the fabrication of the windows and doors is carried out in our factory where quality control is uppermost in our priorities. We were one of the first companies in the UK to start to manufacture the Rehau 706 system when it was launched in early 1991, thus our experience is second to none when dealing with this product.

Rehau is a German run company but most of the items we now use are actually extruded in north Wales. We have been manufacturing the Rehau s706 system in our own factory since the start of October of 1991 and have found Rehau to be excellent from both the quality of their products and the level of service they offer as a company.

In March 2003 M D Joinery received a long standing partnership award from Rehau to thank us for the work we have done promoting Rehau in the market place, and also for manufacturing to tolerances that far exceed the guidelines set out by most profile companies. A typical upvc window should be manufactured with a tolerance of plus or minus 5mm, at M D Joinery we manufacture to a tolerance of 2-3mm. We are frequently asked by Rehau to manufacture items for them to use on display stands that they have at various glass and glazing exhibitions such as glassex and interbuild such is the quality of our manufacturing
